Founded in 1999, EWB Solutions specialises in the design and manufacture of edge-welded metal bellows where a high integrity hermetic seal is required in the presence of an applied movement.

Supplied globally, EWB bellows are produced in a wide range of materials, meeting a variety of life and environmental constraints for applications within a diverse range of industries.

Typical Applications

Valve stem sealing, accumulators, aneroid capsules, pressure sensors, vacuum feed through's and actuators. Let us develop your bellows concept  through to finished product.

EWB supplies bellows to many industries throughout the world including Aerospace, Vacuum Engineering, Chemical, Semi Conductor, Medical, Nuclear and Pharmaceutical industries.

Capabilities

One of EWB's major strengths is its ability to produce bellows designs in the thinner more exotic materials including Monel, Titanium, Hastelloy , and AM350,  as well as the more readily available 300 series Stainless Steel.

Alister Bull

Managing Director

Alister joined a London based optical disc manufacturing business after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering.  After 7 years in CD & DVD production as engineering manager he left to set up his own business supplying the industry with machined components and consumables.  Following the collapse in demand for recorded media he joined a manufacturing company serving the defence industry with bespoke electro-mechanical components as project manager before joining EWB in 2017.
